Results-oriented and goal-driven ### **ELIS – A company specialized in textile financing solutions is seeking a Field Auditor** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school, technical degree, or incomplete degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience * Knowledge of audits and garment counting * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities * Results-oriented and committed to achieving goals * Valid driver's license * Experience operating standard vehicles **Job Objective:** This position requires conducting on-site audits primarily at hospitals and other establishments, including garment audits at each branch. The role is 100% field-based. During the first weeks, training will be conducted at the Cedis facility. Upon completion, auditors will travel to assigned locations. A utility vehicle will be provided after two months of employment. During the first month, candidates must arrange their own transportation to the Cedis and audit sites (having a personal vehicle is preferred; fuel reimbursement is provided until the company vehicle is assigned). **Work Schedule:** * Working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, but shifts are rotating depending on your assigned client portfolio. Typical shifts include: * + 7 AM to 3 PM + 2 PM to 10 PM * Weekend rest is fixed Willingness to travel if required Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite contract ### **Our monthly offer is $12,000 before taxes** **Monthly productivity bonus of $1,000 for audits** Meal vouchers equal to 7% of the assigned salary \= $882 per month (Enreed Voucher Card) Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days' salary per year * ️ 12 vacation days upon completing the first year (100% vacation premium) Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) Major medical insurance for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18 Savings fund (available once integrated into the permanent staff) Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) **Willingness to Travel:** * 50% (desirable) * Work Location: On-site employment Our office is located in: Mérida, Yucatán. **IMPORTANT:** This is an on-site field position; therefore, we seek candidates accustomed to this type of work.
