




At Fundación Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, we are seeking an **Educational Psychologist**, responsible for providing specialized counseling and support to achieve the holistic development of each member of the SER school community: teachers, students, and families. S/he serves as a role model and guide for character education both inside and outside the classroom. Design support systems based on diagnostic assessments for students requiring additional psychological and/or academic assistance. Promote character education across the entire school as a core component of the SER model, fostering the strengths and skills essential for life among members of the educational community. Provide follow-up and support to students’ families to engage them in their children’s holistic development. Collaborate with the School Director to intentionally foster character development among the adult staff throughout the academic year via Professional Development sessions. At all times, maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to students, families, and teachers. **Work Location:** Av. Aurora Boreal 963, Fracc. Paseo de Los Agaves, C.P. 45675, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Psychopedagogy. * Professional degree certificate. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a school psychologist in basic education. * Basic English proficiency. **Skills:** * Planning and organization. * Openness to feedback. * Commitment to service. **Job Responsibilities:** *With Students:* * Conduct psychopedagogical assessments to understand the psychomotor, cognitive, psychosocial, and psychoaffective development of students selected through the lottery process for admission to the school. * Develop personalized plans addressing students’ needs—particularly those at highest risk—and share them with the relevant teacher(s) and school leader. * Participate in meetings with families to discuss the work plan. * Follow up on agreed actions together with the school team. * Maintain updated individual student files containing relevant data on their academic and personal development. * Conduct one-on-one follow-up sessions with students requiring psychological and/or academic support, and generate corresponding reports to share with stakeholders (teachers, school leader, and family). * Deliver character education classes across the entire school. * Propose programs offering targeted support and guidance for students and families with greater needs. *With Teachers:* * Maintain open, direct, and trusting communication with the entire adult staff. * Conduct one-on-one follow-up sessions with teachers needing support for enhanced personal and professional development. * Collaborate with and advise teachers to monitor students with learning barriers within the classroom. * Assist teachers in implementing appropriate curriculum adaptations and developing relevant resources for students with specific educational needs. * Inform teachers about situations affecting their students’ learning. *With Families:* * Lead the Family School program. * Timely attend to and follow up with families in high-risk situations (at minimum, hold one meeting per bimonthly period with each family). * Track and keep updated the files of students receiving external support (e.g., therapy, neurological evaluations, specialized assessments). * Engage families in practicing values and character strengths through at-home activities, projects, and extracurricular initiatives. *With the Community and SER:* * Promote social-impact initiatives and projects to raise awareness and involve students and families in the broader community. * Establish partnerships with organizations delivering talks or programs beneficial to the educational community. * The psychologist must attend the virtual EDUCAR Community monthly for ongoing follow-up and continuous training provided by the SER network.
