




Position Summary: We are seeking a Communications Assistant to provide direct support to senior management, administrative management, information coordination, and institutional content creation. Use of digital tools and AI to optimize processes. **Do you have the skills to connect people, organize messages, and ensure institutional coherence in communication?** At our agency, we seek an **Organizational Communications Assistant**, capable of providing direct support to senior management, managing administrative tasks, coordinating internal information flows, and generating institutional content—with a holistic understanding of both the digital and organizational landscape. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Organizational Communication, Corporate Communication, Social Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields**. * Age: 25–30 years. * Minimum 1 year of experience in internal communication, agencies, media, or executive assistance. * Excellent writing, spelling, and verbal communication skills. * Experience organizing teams, schedules, and documents. * **Key Responsibilities:** **Support to General Management:** * Management of the **executive calendar**, tracking commitments, and coordinating meetings. * Drafting and handling **internal and external correspondence**. * Preparation of **executive presentations** for clients or internal boards. * Coordination with various departments across the agency to fulfill operational and strategic tasks. **Organizational Communication:** * Writing and distributing internal announcements, notices, meeting minutes, and newsletters. * Coordination of **internal communication** with teams, staff, partners, and clients. * Support in implementing internal campaigns or institutional activities. * Content creation for **handbooks, protocols, and institutional presentations**. * Support for events and internal activities (in-person or digital). **Digital and Creative Support:** * Basic oversight of the institutional brand’s social media channels (where applicable). * Support in drafting corporate messaging copy. * Generation of basic digital performance or brand perception reports. * Visual support using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Figma for presentations or internal materials. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Office productivity tools (Google Workspace, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion). * Collaborative platforms (Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.). * Basic social media management (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio). * Basic design in Canva or Figma (not mandatory). **Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools:** * Use of assistants such as **ChatGPT** for writing, summarizing, scheduling, or preparing presentations. * Familiarity with generative visual tools (Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.). * Willingness to integrate AI-supported processes into analysis, communication, or planning tasks. **Key Personal Skills:** * Organization and structured thinking * Clear, empathetic, and effective communication * Initiative and sense of responsibility * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Collaborative work and adaptability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 – $11,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
