Engage in client and candidate communication in the U.S. market Responsibilities -Manage high-volume recruitment processes for multiple roles. -Source candidates using job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed, including headhunting strategies. -Maintain and update candidate pipelines in CRM (Avionté preferred). -Conduct candidate outreach (calls, emails, messages) and initial screenings. -Coordinate interviews and support onboarding processes. -Communicate with clients and candidates in English (U.S. market). -Track and meet daily/weekly recruitment metrics (calls, pipelines, placements). -Ensure timely follow-up and a positive candidate experience. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree (completed). -Advanced English level (B2+ required; C1 preferred) with strong verbal and written communication skills. -Proven experience in high-volume and/or industrial recruitment. -Experience with sourcing strategies and headhunting (reverse recruiting) is highly preferred. -Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media recruitment. -Experience using CRM systems (Avionté preferred). -Intermediate digital skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. -Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. -High tolerance for frustration, ability to work under pressure, and a results-driven mindset. -Availability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Languages: English Age: 22 years or older Knowledge: Advisory capability, Coordination capability, Team management, Change management, Human resources administration, Talent acquisition, Staff hiring, CRM, Human resource management, Microsoft Office, Recruitment, Human resources, Personnel selection, Call center techniques Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: selection, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
