Responsibilities: • Management of petty cash. • Invoice requests. • Sales activities, sales process. • Office supplies procurement. • Preparation of purchase orders. • Filing of customer documentation. • Support to various corporate departments. • Supervision of office cleaning. • Support to Human Resources. Basic Knowledge: • Intermediate Office software suite proficiency. • Operation of office equipment. • Invoicing. • Basic accounting knowledge. • Customer service. • Sales. Requirements: • No gender preference. • Education level: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or Technical High School diploma. • More than 1 year of experience. • Strong oral communication skills. • Excellent personal presentation. • Flexible availability for working hours.
