End-to-end tracking of the leasing process *** A leading consumer goods company invites you to join its team as: Leasing Contract Analyst – Field-based role* Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher - Must have a vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone - Minimum 1 year of administrative experience or related activities; familiarity with document processing and management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Availability for business travel Responsibilities: Conduct negotiations with landlords to renew leasing contracts, either by telephone or in person as required; request documentation from landlords to be submitted via email or physically; collect and compile all documents; initiate contract submission requests; track progress until the contract is signed by the landlord.
