We seek a responsible individual to plan, coordinate, and supervise projects, ensuring timely, objective- and resource-efficient execution while maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret information, prepare reports and metrics that contribute to continuous process and outcome improvement. Responsibilities: Manage and analyze databases to generate reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) supporting decision-making. Interpret information and trends to develop strategies and improvement proposals for processes and outcomes. Automate, update, and monitor reports, databases, and analytical processes. Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in projects, activities, meetings, and schedules, providing follow-up until agreements and objectives are completed. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and ongoing communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines. Ensure proper execution of processes, activities, and operational standards within the organization. Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Business, or related field.   Prior experience managing projects.   Excellent communication skills.   Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.   Organization and attention to detail.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
