Join ORVE Group as Construction Administration Specialist Job Objective To comprehensively administer and monitor contractual and administrative management of construction works, guaranteeing control over physical progress versus scheduled milestones, proper administration of supplier contracts, and integrity of documentation—ensuring timely, accurate, and guideline-compliant contract fulfillment per the Budgetary Control Coordination Office. Requirements • 1 year of experience in a similar role focused on construction administration: tenders, bidding, contracts, bonds, contractual annexes, estimates, scheduled vs. actual progress, etc. • Basic knowledge of enterprise efficiency management software—ERP systems tailored for construction companies (Diazar, Infotools, Procore, Oracle, EnKontrol, etc.). • Basic knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit). • Intermediate knowledge of building and urban development construction processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; graduated or verifiable intern. Main Responsibilities • Manage the construction contract database, keeping key information up to date: deadlines, amounts, scopes, involved parties, and status. • Prepare request forms and track confidentiality agreements, procurement contracts, modifying agreements, scope expansions, and any other addenda arising from contract execution. • Coordinate with the Budgetary Control Specialist to align contractual commitments with payment and estimation processes. • Coordinate and monitor alignment between physical progress of the work and the contracted construction schedule with the Technical Supervision and Quality Manager. • Analyze actual execution timelines versus those stipulated in the contract, identifying slippage risks and reporting improvement opportunities or necessary adjustments to the Coordinator. • Collect, safeguard, and maintain organized legal, administrative, and technical documentation generated by suppliers. • Keep the supplier directory updated, ensuring current information is available for future procurement processes. • Prepare monthly reports on the overall status of active contracts, highlighting physical progress, timeline deviations, and decision-relevant aspects. • Actively collaborate with the Cost and Budgeting Specialist to validate that item catalogs and base budgets align with contractual scopes. • Coordinate with the Budgetary Control Specialist to cross-reference physical progress (construction) and financial progress (payments), generating an integrated project view.
