Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to record journal entries, monitor financial transactions, and support payroll processing, with experience in Aspel COI and Nomipaq. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in accounting registration and journal entries 2. Proficiency in accounting systems such as Aspel COI and Nomipaq 3. Support in payroll processing Requirements: Education: Technical Superior University (TSU) in Accounting / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Recent Graduate Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting. Proficiency in Aspel COI (Preferred) Proficiency in Nomipaq for payroll processing (Preferred) Basic Excel skills Knowledge of accounting registration and journal entries Recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and general ledger). Responsibilities: Recording revenue, expense, and general ledger journal entries in Aspel COI. Recording accounting accruals. Data entry and monitoring of accounting transactions. Preparation of working papers in Excel. Support in payroll processing using Nomipaq. Knowledge of accounting registration and journal entries Monitoring and archiving of accounting documentation. We Offer: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: $12,000 gross monthly. Meal vouchers. Statutory benefits.
