




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Manager with experience in supervision, coordination, and control of administrative activities—including accounting, inventory management, and personnel handling—for an urban development company. Company dedicated to urban development and paving processes seeks: Administrative Manager Requirements: Completed technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field; intern or incomplete degree accepted Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate administrative activities within the department. • Control inputs and outputs of supplies, manage petty cash, small cash fund, invoicing, accounts receivable, and inventories. • Personnel management (administrative assistant and cleaning assistant, as per organizational structure), report incidents to HR, perform administrative tasks. • Manage internal and external documentation (contracts, reports, logs, expense receipts). • Monitor assigned budget and ensure timely expense tracking. • Coordinate logistics for meetings and presentations. • Track material inventories and office/cleaning supplies. • Support preparation of financial and administrative reports and analyses. • Maintain communication and teamwork with other departments to facilitate processes.
