Professional development in video design and editing **Visual Content Specialist (Video \+ Design)** Department: Marketing – Mérida, Yucatán In **Marketing**, we seek a creative individual passionate about design and video editing, eager to grow within a dynamic environment and contribute fresh ideas for our social media channels. **Job Objective** To create attractive and high-impact visual content, primarily through video editing and graphic design, adapted to various digital platforms. **Requirements** * Graduates in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 6/1 year months of experience in video editing and digital design. * Updated portfolio (mandatory). * Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or similar. * Preferred: Experience using AI tools for content generation and basic experience in video recording/production. **Key Skills** * Creativity and visual judgment. * Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. * Organization and management of multiple projects. * Effective communication and proactivity. * Adaptability and openness to feedback. **Responsibilities** * Video editing for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). * Design of digital graphic assets (posts, stories, banners). * Adapting content to different formats and platforms. * Supporting the generation of creative ideas and proposals. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 5:30 hrs. * Work mode: On-site at the office located on Francisco de Montejo, Mérida, Yucatán. * Salary: $10,000 monthly. * Requirement: Personal laptop required.
