We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented **trainee** to join our IT team. This position is ideal if you enjoy combining: **user support + infrastructure + facilities + software implementation**. ### **What You’ll Do:** * Perform basic computer and equipment maintenance (diagnostics, cleaning, backups, formatting, software installation) * **User support** (ticket/incident handling, tracking, and resolution) * Assist with installation/configuration of **CCTV (closed-circuit TV), basic cabling, and equipment** across branches * **Willingness to travel** to branches (scheduled visits and on-demand support) * Support implementation of **apps, internal tools, and projects** * Coordinate and follow up with colleagues/departments to ensure progress (communication + coordination) * Document all activities (logs, checklists, evidence) ### **✅ Requirements** * Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in **Systems / IT / Networking / Computer Science**, or related field * Availability for **part-time work** (4–6 hours) and **travel** * Genuine eagerness to learn and grow in IT (trainee mindset) ### **Desirable Knowledge (not all required)** * Windows OS, office suites, software installation, peripherals * Basic networking concepts (IP, WiFi, cabling, routers) * CCTV: basic installation/configuration (or strong interest in learning) * User support: communication, prioritization, and ticket tracking ### **Profile We Seek** * Excellent **communication skills** and internal customer service orientation * Organized, able to track tasks and close pending items * Proactive: asks questions, proposes solutions, learns continuously * Responsible and positive attitude for fieldwork ### **What We Offer** * Real-world learning in **infrastructure + support + projects** * Collaborative work environment * **Growth plan** (trainee path) and **real opportunity for full-time employment** based on performance **Apply by sending your CV** + (if available) projects / experience / courses.
