Join our Technical Support department team working at our offices in Col. Centro, Mérida. Systems Assistant – Help Desk \- TSU in Computer Science or recent Computer Science graduates \- Knowledge of technical support and remote support tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk, among others), at first or second level. Basic programming language and database handling. \- Flexible availability to work Monday through Sunday with a midweek day off.
