Leadership Assertive communication across all levels Entrepreneurial mindset Respect and integrity Collaborative teamwork Results-oriented CIVIL ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT * Minimum 8 years of experience in hospitality and high-rise residential projects. * Proficiency in BIM systems * Knowledge of LEAN CONSTRUCTION * Project administration expertise * Mastery of cost estimation, unit pricing, and construction resource generation * Familiarity with construction scheduling and contracting * Knowledge of foundations, structural systems, MEP installations, and finishes * Contractual and budgetary control expertise * Excellent negotiation skills Advanced English Responsibilities: * Supervise and direct construction projects. * Ensure on-time project delivery. * Coordinate and lead workers involved in the project. * Manage project timelines, resources, and risks. * Select tools, materials, and equipment for optimal usage and inventory control. * Review daily work processes.
