Job Summary: We are seeking a Computer Systems Technician to work in the field, addressing network and voice failures, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Field technical role addressing network and voice failures. 2. Performing corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. 3. Working on servers and resolving network issues. Company with over 10 years of experience, providing installation services for residential and industrial sectors in both public and private domains. Position Sought: Field Computer Systems Technician Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields) (Preferably graduated) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, On-site or Field Technical Support with experience in Microwave (MW) and GPON * 2 years of experience * Ability to ride a motorcycle (standard) * Valid driver's license Responsibilities: * Addressing Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice-related failures * Addressing failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer service * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Firmware/image loading * Network troubleshooting * Field work We Offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Sunday schedule with one rotating day off per week Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
