Risk, cost, schedule, and quality management in MEP projects **JOB DESCRIPTION** A real estate company seeks an **MEP Manager** to lead the planning, administration, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential real estate development projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) package design * Define solutions ensuring MEP systems compatibility with architecture and structure * Validate drawings, calculation reports, and technical specifications in accordance with applicable codes and regulations * Coordinate item catalogs and execution of MEP packages by phase and discipline * Manage contractors, suppliers, and on-site MEP supervision * Manage change orders, risks, and their impact on cost, schedule, and quality * Review and validate as-built drawings * Participate in technical and project coordination meetings **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Education:** * Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field (degree and professional license required) * Preferred: specialization in MEP systems and PMI project management **Experience:** * Minimum 6 years in MEP projects applying PMI methodology * Preferred: experience in residential buildings over 10 stories **Technical Knowledge:** * Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems * MEP codes and standards * Project management under PMI methodology * Interdisciplinary coordination and clash management **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 \- $45,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
