Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design professional to manage our social media presence and online store, driving the conversion of followers into customers. Key Highlights: 1. Connects the community on social media with the physical and online store. 2. Creates content for social media, videos, flyers, and email marketing campaigns. 3. Manages Shopify, updating the catalog and enhancing the shopping experience. "Ideal for recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields". **What will you do with us?** You will be the key link connecting our social media community with our physical and online store. Your mission is to make our **Shopify** store shine and ensure our **social media content** converts followers into customers. **Your two main pillars:** * **Content Factory:** Create videos for Reels/TikTok, design promotional flyers, and plan email marketing campaigns. * **Shopify:** Keep the catalog up to date, update banners, improve product technical specifications, and ensure an impeccable shopping experience. (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) * **These are the responsibilities:** \* Creation of social media content \* Management of e-commerce and online shopping experience (Shopify) \* Preparation of performance reports \* Updating product catalogs and technical specifications \* Planning and design of email marketing \* Design of banners and flyers for product promotions or new collections Schedule Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Location: Calle 21A x 60 Fracc Tecnologico (next to Tecnologico de Merida) Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
