Our values guide us toward teamwork, productivity, innovation, and integrity. **Job Mission:** Manage the optical department by delivering personalized clinical and commercial service to patients/customers. **Job Responsibilities:** Join the Suburbia team and perform the following activities: 1. Provide customers with the services offered in the Suburbia Optical Department—including information about the free vision examination, frame and lens fabrication, contact lenses, pupilometers, accessories, lens cleaning wipes, etc.—to achieve the department’s established goals. 2. Conduct free vision examinations and offer customers/patients additional options to improve their visual health. 3. Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets to strengthen the optical department’s positioning within Suburbia stores. 4. Maintain optical equipment in optimal hygiene and operational condition to ensure reliable performance and build customer trust. 5. Conduct daily inventories of high-value merchandise according to established procedures jointly with the Loss Prevention department, to prevent shrinkage in the department. 6.
