Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Procurement Assistant to manage purchase orders, system entries, order tracking, and communication with suppliers and internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. In Mexico, we operate through the optical chains Ópticas Lux, Más Visión, and Solaris. We are currently looking for a Junior Procurement Assistant. The incumbent will be responsible for: * Preparing purchase orders * Registering items, categories, and suppliers in the system * Entering purchase orders and invoices into the system * Tracking pending orders * Communicating with suppliers and internal departments * Monitoring supplier payments and submitting advance payment requests * Preparing reports Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Relations or Business Administration * One year of experience, including internships or social service, in procurement * Intermediate Excel proficiency required * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work location: minutes away from Fórum Buenavista shopping center We Offer: * Gross monthly salary of $12,500 (pre-tax) * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers after three months * Discount on our products * Additional benefits Hybrid work arrangement * If you are interested in applying for this position, please share your details with us, and we will contact you shortly.
