Passion for product-oriented design and visual sensitivity. **Creative Designer / Illustrator** On-site work \| Michelle Accesorios At **Michelle Accesorios**, we are looking for a **Creative Designer / Illustrator** capable of transforming ideas into visual pieces that strengthen the identity of our collections and the brand’s presence at the point of sale. This role combines **graphic design, illustration, and packaging development**, participating in the creation of **packaging, blisters, and POP materials** that communicate each collection’s creative concepts clearly, functionally, and attractively. We seek a person with **strong visual sensitivity, attention to detail, and passion for product-oriented design**, capable of turning ideas into tangible pieces that connect with our customers. Main Responsibilities: * Design and structuring of **dielines (die-cut templates)** for accessory boxes and packaging. * Development of **blisters, display cards, and commercial packaging**, optimizing product visibility. * Design of **POP materials** (flyers, MDF displays, posters, display stands, point-of-sale advertising materials). * Creation of **mockups and visual representations** to anticipate in-store implementation of materials. * Preparation of **final artwork for printing**, including large-format, offset, and advertising materials. * Participation in **color proof review and quality control** of printed materials. * Adaptation of graphic pieces for **digital platforms when required**. * Collaboration with **creative, marketing, and visual merchandising teams**. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Illustration, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or related field**. * Experience in **packaging design, POP materials, or product-oriented design**. * Knowledge of **packaging structural design and die-cut plans**. * Familiarity with **printing processes, materials, and substrates** (cardboard, paper, plastics, etc.). * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign**. * Ability to develop **product-oriented illustration and graphic materials**. * Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and **attention to detail**. * Organizational skills and ability to manage **multiple projects and delivery schedules**. **Mandatory:** Include a **portfolio link in your CV** to be considered for this position.
