Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide **Job title:** Warehouse Operator **Overview:** Properly control, preserve, and safeguard materials required for production according to the specific characteristics of each material, as well as physically deliver materials to various production areas in a timely and accurate manner. **Specific responsibilities of the role:** * Safeguard, preserve, and control materials required for carrying out various maintenance activities across all production areas, aiming to meet the required service level (100% in rehabilitation), always adhering to established policies and procedures. * Ensure inventory reliability by performing periodic cycle counts to minimize discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. * Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to immediately register all material movements in the system to ensure information reliability. * Conduct an annual physical inventory, including 100% counting of all existing materials. * Ensure proper handling of all materials and/or components to prevent damage during transportation, handling, or storage. * Physically deliver materials to various production areas in a timely and accurate manner. * Strictly control documentation for material movements in compliance with current fiscal and legal requirements. * Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure availability of necessary transport for material shipments wherever required, always following established policies and procedures. * Ensure application of the FIFO methodology to all perishable products, including repairable items for warranty purposes. * Ensure order, control, and cleanliness in all storage areas at the site. **Qualifications \& Experience** **Competencies** \- \- Teamwork. \- Service-oriented attitude. **Previous experience** Proven experience in logistics and warehouse areas (material handling). **Technical Skills** \- Experience in logistics and warehouse operations. \- Knowledge of storage and material handling techniques depending on product type.
