Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations in commercial plazas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs comprehensive maintenance of facilities 2. Supports maintenance of air conditioning equipment 3. Monitors the condition of common areas and identifies failures APE Plazas is a Mexican company with over 38 years of experience in the market, specializing in the management of commercial plazas. Work Location: Centro de Mérida Requirements: * Completed secondary education * Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. IMPORTANT! * Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. * Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. * Support maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. * Monitor the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. * Conduct routine inspections to identify failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. * Report damages or anomalies to the maintenance supervisor or administration. * Control usage of assigned tools and materials. * Record activities in maintenance logs. * Perform drywall work.
