Strengthen organizational culture Human Capital is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Mérida, Yucatán * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. * Weekly salary payment. * Statutory benefits. * University degree (Accounting, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to advanced Excel). * Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Intellisis, SAP, or Oracle). * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions. * Lead the human capital strategy to ensure branches and operations centers have the right talent. Responsible for modernizing HR processes, ensuring legal compliance, and strengthening organizational culture. * Design and implement recruitment strategies for operational, sales, and administrative roles across multiple states. * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, contract management, employee terminations, and STPS inspections. Supervise compliance with NOM-035 and REPSE. * Develop career plans and technical training programs for sales and operations staff. * Oversee payroll and commission schemes for sales personnel. * Foster employees' sense of belonging to the company.
