Location: San Ramón Norte Mid, Yucatán. Position Objective To lead and oversee the organization’s internal control system, identifying critical risks, optimizing processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance to guarantee business continuity. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Annual Audit Plan. Assess and mitigate risks across all company areas (Financial, Operational, and Administrative). Design internal control policies and ensure their proper implementation. Present executive reports and direct recommendations to General Management. Coordinate external audits and follow-up on findings. Required Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree and professional license required). Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar positions or at top-tier audit firms. Knowledge: International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), risk management (COSO), and current tax laws.
