We have consolidated our expertise and capability in residential, urban development, and mixed-use projects that exceed our clients’ expectations with a positive impact on the market and their industry.** **We are seeking: SIROC Analyst** **Objective:** Ensure compliance with employers’ obligations in the construction sector before the IMSS, verifying progress and tracking the execution of reported construction works. **FUNCTIONS:** * Maintain construction contracts and corresponding documentation to meet the requirements requested by the IMSS * Submit the appropriate incidents for each construction project on the SIROC platform to timely fulfill employers’ obligations in the construction sector * Monitor contractors’ timely submission of construction incidents on the SIROC platform to avoid reviews by the authorities * Reconcile actual construction work performed against budgeted and contractual construction work to request necessary documentation from relevant departments for project closure * Deliver the report of executed activities to the SIROC Committee to visualize progress and receive feedback **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position * Completed university degree * Availability to work Monday through Saturday **If you meet this profile, apply now—we’ll contact you!** Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site
