




**Job Objective** Coordinate and execute recruitment and personnel management processes across the company’s various units, ensuring timely vacancy coverage, proper follow-up of hiring processes, and implementation of effective recruitment strategies aligned with operational needs. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute the **recruitment and selection process** for operational and administrative staff. * Design and implement **recruitment strategies** to ensure timely and appropriate vacancy coverage. * Provide **follow-up on hiring**, from interview through employee onboarding. * Manage and maintain constant communication with **assigned units** to identify staffing needs. * Conduct periodic visits to units for workforce tracking, incident resolution, and HR-related support. * Control and update personnel files. * Support onboarding processes and coordinate new hires. * Prepare reports on vacancies, coverage, and personnel status. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and personnel coordination (multi-site experience preferred). * Knowledge of recruitment sources and strategies. * Availability to travel between units. * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Competencies** * Planning and organization * Working under pressure * Results orientation * Teamwork * Proactivity **Benefits** * Statutory benefits * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Grocery vouchers Job type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
