TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Senior Administrative General for the Accounting Operations and Reporting area within Global Business Services. The GBS Accounting Operations and Reporting team focuses on managing and processing financial, accounting, and reporting transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Responsibilities include invoice and payment processing, accounts payable and receivable management, general and financial accounting, preparation of financial reports and statements, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. About You: A key role within the U.S. management and executive team, responsible for executing critical administrative processes within the revenue area—such as billing, adjustments, reporting, revenue reconciliations, and related activities—directly impacting the group’s financial statement presentation. Your Day-to-Day: * Responsible for billing and related adjustments. * Responsible for preparing and analyzing revenue reconciliations and adjustments. * Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. * Responsible for responding to audit requests. * Conduct meetings in English with managers and executives to review revenue discrepancies, track projects, and resolve incidents arising during the month. Responsible for executing the interface process to connect downstream billing systems to Oracle. * Perform accounting–administrative closing activities. * Support internal users requiring invoices, adjustments, and/or revenue reports. You Must Have: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience or proficiency with an ERP system (Oracle / SAP). * Experience with reconciliations. Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills. * Attention to detail. * Organized. * Proactive. * Analytical thinking. * Basic accounting knowledge. * Advanced English (conversational).
