Summary: Coordinate finished goods shipments, manage carrier and distribution center relationships, and optimize logistics while ensuring ultimate service. Highlights: 1. Collaborate cross-functionally for capacity needs Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in charge of BRP’s strategy for its finished goods distribution network? Located at BRP's center of expertise, the team's main mission is to ensure that the transportation of finished goods is carried out with the ultimate service level while optimizing logistics\-related costs. The Inventory Transfer coordinator will be responsible for coordinating shipments from manufacturing plants to shipping plants / distribution centers according to established plans. His\-her role involves a tight control of our partners performance on top of coordinating those shipments along with the distribution centers capacity. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **Carriers Relationship and Performance Management:** Track daily that carriers are taking their delivery appointment, shipping and delivering as per plan and communicate / work with them when they are not. Maintain ongoing communication with carriers to provide visibility and support on load coverage and trailer capacity. Build strong, long\-term relationships to ensure consistent capacity and performance. Develop Key Performance Indicators and review them with our partners on a regular basis. Work closely with the Sourcing team to request extra capacity if needed or escalate situations / lack of performance. **Distribution center Relationship and slots management:** Monitor daily that the Distribution centers have the right amount of slots IN opened to accommodate the amount of shipments coming IN. Coordinate the requirements of slots IN vs OUT and the total amount of slots available. **Manage US loads:** Tender the loads and assign the trailers to the most adequate carriers (I.e. rate, capacity, service level). Monitor the US carriers' trailer inventory and location. Be the link between our US carriers and our partner that manages the Mexican carriers. **Cross\-functional Collaboration:** Work and constantly communicate with teams such as transportation planners, cross\-border partners, carriers managers, sourcing team, and distribution center teams to understand and balance capacity needs. Communicate urgent or high\-priority needs and find solutions quickly. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Min 5 years’ Experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, TMS platforms, and logistics software (e.g., SAP TM). High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. Spoken and written bilingualism (English and Spanish), advanced level (4/5\). French is a plus. **YOUR SKILLS:** Evaluate and analyze data for accuracy and trends and report findings. Assess performance metrics and recommend improvements. Driven individual, strong sense of initiative, autonomy, structure and rigour. Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills. Innovative and curious mind with an attention to detail. Excellent ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. Work well under pressure and can shift gear to adapt to any new situation. Possibility to travel on occasion 20%. This position is based in Juarez, Chihuahua.
