DIRECT HIRING BY THE COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1 routes, verifying that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical incoming/outgoing item counts—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies to prevent item theft. * Obtain information regarding items with reconciliation discrepancies on TR1 and TR2 routes, identifying each affected waybill, questioning the operator, and requiring immediate delivery of such items to ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. * Record all items remaining on the platform, including locating and managing all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to route on the platform, to physically identify items on the platform and confirm that every item has a pending status recorded in the platform. * Analyze fuel efficiency for TR2 routes by conducting daily audits of fuel loading (high and low efficiency), providing data to supervisors to prevent fuel misuse and theft. * Report reconciliation results for TR1 and TR2 routes and fuel efficiency audit outcomes to the supervisor, documenting and submitting the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel efficiency audits, enabling the supervisor to implement corrective and/or preventive actions with operators/routes experiencing issues to prevent recurrence.
