Profile: * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. * Knowledge: Process Mapping and Design, Methods and Tools for Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing), Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 22000, and ISO/TS 22002\-4 standards, and Industrial Safety Standards. * Gender: Indifferent. Main responsibilities: * Prepare the weekly production schedule. * Perform the weekly material explosion and deliver it to the Raw Materials Procurement Department. * Generate and disseminate the weekly startup plan to Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments. * Optimize existing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve product quality, and maximize profitability. * Design and implement processes (redesign or new) that meet organizational requirements, enabling monitoring to determine whether results are effective.
