We are looking for a bold Operations Assistant to join our Progress team and leave a lasting mark on our port operations. What profiles are we seeking? We want someone as unique as a clownfish in the ocean. Technical degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. At least 1 year of experience handling port documentation procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Basic–intermediate English (reading and writing). Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. You navigate well under pressure, are analytical and solution-oriented. Resident of Ciudad del Carmen. You are orderly and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. What will you do daily? Handle procedures before port authorities (Harbor Master’s Office, Maritime Control, AMANAC) to guarantee vessel arrival and departure. Submit cargo manifests to the relevant authority. Manage boarding/debarking permits for crew members and visitor access authorizations. Revalidation of “tramp” BLs and document review for arrival, amendment, and departure requests. Prepare access authorizations for vessel supplies (water, waste, clinics).
