





We are seeking a **Junior Customs Operations Executive** to join our International Trade team. This position is ideal for **recent graduates** who wish to pursue professional growth in the fields of customs and international logistics. The candidate will be responsible for supporting documentation management, operational tracking, and customer service, ensuring compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations, as well as the accurate execution of import and export operations. Responsibilities * Generate and review shipments according to internal guidelines and client requirements, ensuring proper reconciliation of goods, values, and documentation. * Compile and validate definitive import and export customs declarations, verifying tariff classifications, duties, and RNNA (Registro Nacional de Agentes Aduanales). * Execute and track special customs procedures (V1, F4, F5, R1) in coordination with the customs broker. * Verify that customs clearance documentation is complete and complies with legal requirements. * Perform *record keeping* activities, ensuring proper archiving of files according to client requirements. * Support consolidated operation closings by validating goods and documentation.
