




Job Summary: Coordinate and track import and export customs clearances, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist clients with customs-related processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage imports and exports with customs agencies. 2. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and foreign trade laws. 3. Advise clients on customs procedures. **Bachelor's Degree** in International Trade, Logistics, or related field. **Skills, Attitudes, and Aptitudes:** Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, teamwork skills, effective communication, commitment to continuous improvement, and willingness to learn. **Specific Knowledge Required:** Import management, interaction with customs authorities, IMMEX program, basic knowledge of customs regulations and foreign trade laws. **Key Duties** * Track import and export customs clearances in coordination with the customs agency. * Review and validate required documentation (customs entries, invoices, certificates of origin, permits, etc.). * Maintain constant communication with the customs agent to ensure smooth clearance processing. * Notify clients of shipment status and any issues arising during the process. * Manage product-specific permits and regulations for imported or exported goods. * Support preparation of reports and analyses regarding clearance timelines and associated costs. * Ensure compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations. * Address client inquiries and provide basic advisory support on customs procedures.
