Development of procurement strategies and interdepartmental collaboration A leading national company providing services in international trade, certifications, and logistics is looking for professional talent to join our team as: **Senior Buyer (General Procurement)** Requirements: ***- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc. (Mandatory) Intern / Graduate*** - Minimum 2 years of experience in the position Responsibilities: * **Advanced negotiation with suppliers**: pricing, payment terms, contracts, and conditions to improve costs and service. * **Supplier performance management and monitoring**: ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with agreements. * **Evaluate and select new suppliers** to reduce risks and broaden options. (Comparative tables) * **Develop procurement strategies** and optimize categories or product lines. * **Collaborate with other internal departments** (planning, quality, finance) to align procurement with operational objectives. * **Monitor procurement KPIs**: cost savings, on-time delivery performance, inventory turnover, reduction of non-compliant suppliers, lead time improvement, etc. * **Willingness to relocate** among our business units. Skills: * Strong **negotiation and communication skills** (with and without authority). * **Data and metrics analysis** for decision-making (advanced Excel) * **Strong conflict resolution and change management capabilities**. * Experience with procurement processes, **invoicing**, contracts, and risk assessment.
