




Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant for technical support, equipment and network maintenance, and supervision of hospital technological infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely technical support to users and resolve IT incidents. 2. Administer and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printing equipment. 3. Coordinate the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure. **WE ARE SEEKING: SYSTEMS ASSISTANT** **Age:** 23 – 35 years old **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communications Technology Engineering, Computer Systems, or a related technical field. **Work Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position. **Candidate Attributes:** \* Flexible working hours \* Communication skills \* Teamwork \* Service-oriented attitude \* Excellent personal presentation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attend regular and extraordinary work shifts punctually, ensuring availability and commitment to operational continuity. * Wear complete, clean, and appropriate uniform at all times, maintaining a professional appearance consistent with institutional guidelines. * Carry the official hospital identification badge at all times while on hospital premises. * Provide timely technical support to users of computer systems, addressing incidents affecting operational functionality. * Identify, analyze, and implement immediate solutions to ensure continuity of hospital technological processes during emergencies. * Supervise the proper operation of the telephone switchboard and video surveillance system, verifying that telephone lines and cameras remain active and operational. * Administer and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printing equipment, including configuration, technical support, and supply management. * Gather, analyze, and interpret users’ technical requirements, ensuring accurate response and resolution. * Coordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including structured cabling, punch-down termination, labeling, and node reinstallation. * Supervise and follow up on the configuration and operation of institutional IP telephony. * Monitor connectivity and device access to the wireless network (WiFi), ensuring stability and user control.
