




Job Summary: Support and Services Engineer performing office-based activities, providing remote support and documentation, as well as on-site visits for equipment maintenance and installation. Key Highlights: 1. Remote technical support for various infrastructure equipment and systems. 2. Field equipment maintenance and installation in Nayarit. 3. Support and Services Engineer Work Modality: 50% office-based, 50% on-site visits Office Activities: Respond to tickets via direct customer service channels and remotely resolve issues related to firewalls, alarms, cameras, access points, printers, computers, virtual machines, and other devices. Document incidents in the help desk system and support data center infrastructure. On-site Visit Activities: Travel to various cities in Nayarit. Perform equipment maintenance and installation, cabling installation, and equipment loading/unloading. Requirements: * Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field. * Self-taught with strong communication skills. * Valid driver’s license for standard vehicle. Desirable: * Experience in help desk environments delivering remote support. * Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, video surveillance systems, and access control systems. * Customer service experience.
