Requires proactivity, commitment, and a service-oriented attitude **AMERIMED Hospital Mérida**, a leading institution in healthcare services, is currently seeking a **Maintenance Assistant**, who will be responsible for performing **general maintenance activities in hospital facilities**, ensuring the proper functioning of all areas and contributing to a safe and optimal environment for patients, staff, and visitors. **Work Location:** Los Héroes Residential Development, Mérida, Yucatán ✅**Profile Requirements:** * Basic education (completed secondary school or equivalent) or Technical Professional in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration * Prior experience in general maintenance * Basic knowledge in: * Painting * Drywall * Plumbing * Electrical systems * Knowledge and hands-on experience in air conditioning (preferred) * Responsible, proactive, and committed individual * Ability to perform operational tasks and resolve technical issues * Flexible availability regarding work schedule * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team ✅**Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in hospital facilities * Carry out basic tasks in painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical systems * Support inspection and maintenance of air conditioning equipment * Respond to maintenance requests from various hospital departments * Verify proper operation of facilities and equipment * Assist with minor repairs and adjustments in assigned areas * Maintain order and control of tools and work materials * Report any anomalies or requirements for major maintenance * ✅**We Offer:** * Biweekly salary * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Employee discounts on medical services * Grocery vouchers (paid on the 15th of each month) * Savings fund (4%): monthly contribution based on your monthly salary, with disbursement in December.
