In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing the tracking process of our products, collaborating to improve service efficiency and quality. **Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor units via Motum, My Scania, and Synotruck platforms. * Verify compliance with scheduled routes and timetables. * Detect and report in real time any deviations, unauthorized stops, delays, or risk events. * Coordinate with operations, traffic personnel, and security to resolve incidents during transit. * Document operational incidents and issue timely notifications to all involved departments. * Assist in locating units in case of emergency, accident, or signal loss. * Ensure timely and proper unloading of units at customer locations. * Report prolonged operator stops en route. * Review trailers with the shipping department upon unit departures and address any discrepancies. * Notify relevant departments of unit departures for route assignment. **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * You will have opportunities for professional development. * We operate in an environment that values innovation and excellence.
