We are looking for a **Creative \& Field Operations Coordinator** to take ownership of our brand’s physical and digital presence. This role is unique: one day you’ll be designing packaging and editing a video created by yourself; the next, you’ll be supporting our sales \- one day sourcing independent retail doors and the next setting up a demo program and managing the demo team. **What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)** * **Creative Design \& Packaging:** Lead the design process for product packaging and marketing collateral, ensuring a high\-end look and feel. * **Social Media, Content Production \& Email Marketing:** Create, schedule, and post content. You’ll use your phone, camera, and AI tools to produce videos/photos that keep our community engaged. * **Sales Support:** * Support the lead generation for new independent accounts. * Act as the primary point of contact for our demo and activation teams. You will manage their schedules, provide follow\-up, ensure they have the materials they need, and hold them accountable for performance. **Who You Are (Requirements)** * **Ownership Mentality:** Take responsibility for the success of your role and have a the attitude of getting things done. * **Bilingual Proficiency:** Professional fluency in both English and Spanish. * **The "Follow\-Up" Expert:** You are obsessively organized.
