A leading real estate company is seeking: Accounting Controller Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (certified), preferably with a Master’s degree in Finance or Internal Control. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within real estate development companies or construction firms. * Technical knowledge: Mexican Financial Information Standards (NIF), Mexican tax regulations, accounting ERP systems (COI, CONTPAQi, etc.), knowledge in financial structuring of projects. * Skills: Leadership, financial analysis, organization, confidentiality, strategic vision, effective communication. Responsibilities: * Supervise the proper preparation of financial statements for each company within the group. * Leadership and personnel management. * Implement technological tools to facilitate financial and accounting management. * Establish processes to mitigate financial and accounting risks. * Prepare documentation for external and internal audits. * Implement technological tools to facilitate financial and accounting management.
