Month\-End Close \& Financial Reporting (Core Focus)*** Execute month\-end close with accuracy and timeliness * Prepare financial reports aligned with client requirements * Ensure compliance with: * + GAAP * Maintain clean, structured workpapers **2\. Payroll \& Employee Setup*** Process payroll using: * + Gusto or similar * Manage employee onboarding in payroll systems * Ensure payroll compliance and documentation **3\. Core Accounting Operations*** Oversee: * + Accounts Payable (AP) + Accounts Receivable (AR) * Maintain accurate general ledger across entities * Manage day\-to\-day accounting with precision **4\. Sales Tax \& Compliance*** Calculate and file U.S. state sales tax * Maintain documentation for all filings * Ensure compliance across jurisdictions **5\. Reporting, Analysis \& Forecasting*** Build custom financial reports * Support: * + Budgeting + Forecasting * Provide insights for decision\-making **6\.
