Emergency response capability and decision-making **MIDSTORAGE IS SEEKING** **SAFETY AND HYGIENE SUPERVISOR FOR CIVIL WORKS** **REQUIREMENTS**: * Civil Engineer or Technician in Medical Emergencies/Paramedic * DC3 Certification * Experience: minimum 3 years in environmental safety and hygiene **within construction sites** * Immediate availability **to work on site in Telchac, Yucatán** **JOB OBJECTIVE** Conduct safety, health and environmental inspections and follow-up, coordinating all activities aimed at preventing accidents and incidents; as well as supervising the provision of medical care to employees requiring it, to ensure the Company remains at the forefront of Health and Safety, avoiding an increase in the Risk Factor level within the construction site. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Personnel review prior to commencing activities on site (regulations\-safety) * Coordinate and supervise Medical Services, Industrial Safety, Hygiene and Ecology activities. * Issue work permits and conduct safety talks before each shift. * Ensure contractor work complies with safety standards established by regulations. * Track employee registrations and cancellations with IMSS. * Control and review of DC3 * Fulfill administrative responsibilities, ensuring follow-up and resolution during and upon project closure. * Halt any unsafe operation, equipment or machinery posing a risk to safety * Construction site personnel files * Conduct risk analysis * Supervision: energized equipment * Develop emergency plans **SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:** * Emergency response capability * Decision-making ability during crisis situations. **Monthly salary of $22,000 to $24,000 monthly or negotiable according to experience** **Statutory benefits** Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment Job type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 \- $24,000.00 per month
