Due to growth, we are seeking: **Senior Industrial Designer** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Five years of experience managing 3D design projects. * Experience leading design teams. * Experience working in metal-mechanical companies or retail furniture manufacturing firms. * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc. * Knowledge of manufacturing, materials, and production processes. * Familiarity with various materials, including steels, aluminum, wood, acrylic, etc. * Must reside near the workplace location. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Proactivity * Organization * Results-oriented mindset * Problem-solving skills **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate end-to-end design projects. * Ensure engineering timelines are met. * Coordinate timing and quality of 3D designs. * Coordinate and supervise redesign efforts based on identified improvement opportunities. * Maintain close communication with departments involved in the manufacturing process. * Implement improvements to optimize future designs. * Develop design solutions aligned with customer requirements. * Collaborate across departments to ensure designs are viable and executable in terms of materials and costs. **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability.
