What You Will Do: Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Diagnose, attend to, and deliver customized solutions for equipment. Track completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet departmental metrics and KPIs. What We Are Looking For: Completed high school or technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and mobile phone repair. Strong interest in customer service and support. Reside near the work location. Full-time availability.
