Development in family modeling and editing **Education:** Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field. **Location:** Cancún, Quintana Roo. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Engineering design and interpretation: hydrosanitary, stormwater, fire protection, irrigation, lighting, power outlets, power systems, and metering concentrators. * Management and organization of digital and physical information. * Use and management of MEP templates. * Scales and layout configurations. * Efficient layer management. **Responsibilities:** * Production of drawings for various disciplines. * Creation and management of dynamic blocks and worksheet configuration. * Development of centralized models. * Family modeling and editing. * Generation of quantity takeoff tables. **Software:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory). * AUTOCAD (Mandatory). * Revit (Preferred). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Excellent work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday **Salary: $15,000 to $17,000** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
