Graphic arts company seeks a binding area supervisor **PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN LITHOGRAPHIC GRAPHIC ARTS AND BINDING IS MANDATORY.** - Strong personnel management skills, supervising over 80 people - Knowledge of editorial finishing processes - Ability to work under pressure - Adherence to daily production schedules - Personnel management - Authorization approval (VoBo) - Decision-making capability Minimum 3 years’ experience as a finishing supervisor (hot-melt, laminating, stapling, linear and trilateral cutting, laminating, folding, and sewing) * Monthly shift rotation * Flexible working hours * Excellent verbal communication skills LOCATION: IZTAPALAPA, NEAR CALLE 11 METRO STATION ON THE GOLD LINE.
