




**Job Summary** The Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, verifying, and safeguarding information related to product inflows and outflows, ensuring that data entered into the system meets established quality and accuracy standards. Additionally, this role supports report generation, document control, and tracking of incidents related to captured information. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Enter information into internal systems, platforms, or databases. * Validate that entered information is accurate, complete, and matches source documentation. * Correct data entry errors identified during internal audits or reviews. * Digitize, classify, and archive physical and electronic documents. * Update existing records in accordance with changes or new updates. * Generate basic reports on captured information when requested. * Meet established deadlines and data entry volume requirements. * Support administrative tasks related to the department. * Report inconsistencies, errors, or missing information to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with internal policies, quality guidelines, and data protection requirements. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Completed high school diploma. * Technical degree or incomplete undergraduate degree in administrative, systems, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year as a data entry clerk, administrative assistant, or similar position. * Experience handling databases and bulk data entry (desirable). * Knowledge of UNIX and MS-DOS systems. * Fast and accurate data entry. * Proficiency in Office suite (Excel and Word, basic–intermediate level). * Experience using administrative systems or ERP software (desirable). * Familiarity with keyboard shortcuts. * Basic knowledge of filing and document control. * Basic spelling and writing skills. **Skills and Competencies** * High attention to detail. * Information organization and control. * Speed and accuracy in data entry. * Handling of confidential information. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Responsibility and adherence to procedures. * Clear and effective communication. * Teamwork. **Working Conditions** * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Shifts: **7:00 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm (availability to rotate shifts)** * Continuous computer-based work. * Handling of sensitive information and official documentation.
