Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Coordinator to supervise personnel, manage routes, respond to emergencies, and maintain GPS equipment, ensuring operational tracking and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages personnel and operators on route, responding to emergencies 2. Creates and monitors geo-routes, geofences, and alerts 3. Tracks and maintains GPS equipment and GPS service providers WE ARE SEEKING A MONITORING COORDINATOR: Education: High school diploma / bachelor’s degree - Minimum age: 30 to 40 years old - Gender: Unrestricted - Marital status: Unrestricted Mandatory Competencies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Google Maps mapping - Creation of geo-routes and geofences - GPS tracking on platforms - Maintenance of GPS equipment Responsibilities - Making calls and monitoring assigned personnel and operators during their routes - Responding to emergency events (thefts, accidents, maintenance issues) - Communicating with authorities - Creating geo-routes and geofences - Setting up alerts (red zones, points of interest, customers, etc.) - Tracking routes - Reporting operator incidents - Monitoring GPS service providers - Monitoring preventive and corrective GPS maintenance Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
