




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist for the configuration, installation, and maintenance of computer equipment, providing user support and managing incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive hardware and software technical support. 2. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 3. Support in network administration and incident management. • Configuration, installation, and maintenance of computer equipment (hardware and software). • Technical support to end users (on-site and remote). • Installation and configuration of printers and peripheral devices. • Diagnosis and resolution of failures in equipment, networks, and basic applications. • Support in local network administration (LAN, WiFi, basic cabling). • Incident management and tracking of support tickets. • Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. • Basic inventory control of IT equipment and accessories. • Support in implementing IT policies and best practices. • Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support (desirable but not mandatory). • Knowledge of programming languages (Python) and databases (SQL Server) (desirable but not mandatory). • Knowledge: o Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting). o Basic networking (IP, DNS, connectivity, WiFi). o Printer configuration. o Microsoft Office suite. o Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer or similar). -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma 1 year of experience Knowledge: Applications, Google Chrome, Hardware, Printers, Installations, Equipment maintenance, Software programs, Networks, Technical support Driver's license: A Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide, support, assistance, support, technician, tech, technology, technologist, technologist, technology
