Requirements: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN). End-user technical support (hardware and software). Installation and configuration of computer equipment. Basic server and backup management (preferred). Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. Responsibilities: Provide preventive and corrective technical support. Assist in maintaining technological infrastructure. Configure computers, printers, and network devices.
